ADA Policy

Guests with special needs will feel right at home! We're fully compliant with ADA regulations, including offering guest rooms with accessible features.

Alcohol Policy

In the state of Oklahoma, alcohol is for adults only so we only serve and sell to guests 21 and over. (Remember your ID!)

Age Requirement Policy

Kids are always welcome, as long as there are adults around too! Guests must be 21 years or older to check in. Be sure to bring ID in case we need to confirm.

Cancellation Policy

No need to worry about a last-minute change of plans! You can cancel your reservation up until 6pm on the day of arrival, at no charge. For any late cancellations, there's a fee equal to one night's room rate.

These cancellation options may vary depending on the room rate or date-so just make sure to read the "Terms & Details" fine print when you're researching your reservation.

Check Cashing Policy

We're happy to cash personal checks up to $50 for Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) Gold and Platinum members. Identification may be required, and other conditions may apply.

Check Acceptance Policy

We accept personal checks for payment, so long as they have your full banking and contact details (no temporary checks, please). And we'll also need to see your driver's license and a credit card for verification.

Connecting Room Policy

Traveling together with family or friends? Many of our Aloft rooms can be connected. Usually a king room with a double queen. Make sure to ask when you reserve or check in and we'll do our best to set you up, as availability permits.

Bedding for the Little Ones

We are always eager to accommodate your little ones, with baby cribs and child-size air mattresses (thanks to our camp Aloft program) available at no extra charge for children 7 and under. 

Late Checkout Policy

Feel free to sleep in, check-out time isn't until 12 noon. Just be careful not to snooze too long after 2pm, an extra full night's charge will apply.

Direct Billing Policy

Direct billing requires a minimum of a $10,000 spend per year and must be arranged through the hotel accounting office. 

Dog Policy

Animals are family, too! That's why Aloft Tulsa welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. Our dog-friendly arf(SM) program offers a special bed, bowl, and a doggie bag of woof-alicious treats and toys, all free to use during your stay. Pet waiver must be signed upon check-in.

* If your dog weighs more than 40 pounds, please contact the hotel directly before your stay for approval.

Payment Policy

For a credit card to be accepted as a valid form of payment, the card holder must be present at check-in. A credit card must be presented upon check-in with a government issued ID. The presented card must have enough credit available to cover all room charges, taxes and incidental charges. We do not accept prepaid gift cards of any kind or cash at check-in. Cash payment is accepted upon check-out, at which time the credit card authorization will be released. Please contact the hotel for further information. 

Pool Policy

Our splash pool offers family fun from morning to night for guests with a confirmed reservation! But please be careful, there's no lifeguard on duty. For that reason, kids under age 14 can't splash around alone, so be sure they're always accompanied by an adult. For everyone's safety, splash is only accessible with a guest room key. No glass is allowed in the pool area.

Smoking Policy

Aaahhh...breathe easy! We're a 100% smoke-free environment. You're welcome to light up outside, but please observe our designated smoking areas.

Visa/Passport Policy

Please bring your picture passport, as a photo ID is required with all passports and visas.
